veggie & pork stir-fry

this is a delicious recipe.  takes a lot of ingredients and chopping but i promise it is totally worth it.

INGREDIENTS:

pork loin chopped into small pieces

carrots

peppers (green, red and yellow if you have it - i didn’t)

onion

i have a cauliflower in the picture but ended up not using it

ginger powder (optional)

honey

stir-fry sauce (optional)

soy sauce

sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

first, chop up the pork loin.  on a wok (use a skillet if you don’t have a wok) heat up some sesame oil.  sprinkle ginger on the pork and cook throughout. while it is cooking chop up the onion, carrots, peppers and any other veggies.

once the pork is cooked take it out of the wok and put it aside. put a bit more sesame oil in the wok, cook the veggies in it.  pour about 1 tablespoon of stir-fry sauce and mix well.

cook the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.  stir in the pork. pour some more stir fry sauce and some soy sauce.  mix well and cook for another 3 minutes or so.  pour about 2 spoonfuls of honey.  it will make it all shiny and delicious. YUM!

^ look at that shine! LOOK AT IT!

cook for a little bit and serve over white rice.

enjoy!
